Michelle Yeoh electrified the 2024 Met Gala red carpet on Monday as she arrived in a tin foil-inspired strapless Balenciaga gown.
Her trim waistline was accented in the quirky presentation helmed by the fashion house's creative director Demna.
The 61-year-old Everything Everywhere All At Once actress — who received the Presidential Medal of Freedom last week — rocked a short, wet and wavy hair look with the ensemble.
And she added a touch of color to the shiny silver dress with emerald chandelier earrings.
Commenting on her getup, Michelle told People: 'This is my new look. Working with Demna, it's the whole [look]. It's not just a dress. It's the jewelry, it's the hair, it's the makeup. So we all went through the process.'

Michelle went on to share even more with the outlet: 'Well this dress is inspiration from Demna.
'Actually, he said it was something he did when he was a young child, playing with tin foil and making dresses on his sister's toys.'
She noted: 'And today it seemed like it came full circle. I have reawakened his childhood memories.'
About the material of the dress, she explained, 'You can mold it. You press it and it feels like it's frozen in time.'
Yeoh looked typically beautiful with soft pink tones dusted onto her cheeks, which matched her mauve-tone lip stain.

The MET's Costume Institute is celebrating the new exhibition, called Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, with the dress code being The Garden of Time.
Shortly before the main event kicked off on Monday, longtime Vogue editor Anna Wintour sat down with Today host Jenna Bush Hager to discuss the big night.

The British-born fashion pillar revealed the 'cardinal sin' that she committed while planning this year's exhibition.
'This exhibition broke my cardinal rule, Jenna, which is when we came up with the title Sleeping Beauties, it's wonderful and poetic and romantic, but it actually could be many, many things,' she said.
Anna joined forces with the MET's Costume Institute curator, Andrew Bolton, to decide on the Garden of Time dress code.
In addition to Michelle, other famous guests included the likes of Kim Kardashian, Emily Ratajkowski, Sabrina Carpenter, and Ariana Grande.
